Anyone has been rejected because of background verification process. What could be the possible scenarios for rejection.

Off topic: In an arranged marriage setup, How difficult would it be to live life with a girl who has spent her entire life in a village and graduated in arts with vernacular medium from a tier-3 town. My parents are pressuring me to marry such a girl citing that they can't find more educated girls in our community. All the 10-15 rishtas I have got have the same pattern. Hi folks, I have completed all the interview rounds at Deloitte for the Workday role and submitted all the required documents. We also completed the salary discussion on 25th Apr, and HR informed me that the offer letter would be released within 3–4 days.However, I still haven’t received the offer letter, & HR mentioned that they are waiting for approvals. Is this normal in Deloitte’s hiring process? Has anyone faced a similar situation, and were you eventually able to get the offer released?
