I have got a marriage proposal from a guy who is a Major in the Indian Army and he is from RIMC (prestigious boarding school). He seems to be humble and mature. Accenture HR rejected me because... I applied to Accenture and the HR called me and asked me about my previous company and whether I had PF or form16 and because I worked at a startup I didnt have any. So she rejected me on the basis of that. Then how does freshers join the company? And why form16 and PF is important. So a person with skills and experience is doomed if he worked at a startup, building multiple production ready SaaS applications from scratch?
