Spent 12 years in IT. People who love to work after 7-8pm 🙏. Please don't increase the expectations from the employer. You guys are ruining IT for others also. I am a simple guy with family responsibility. I work, complete the task by 7-8pm. I enjoy time with family and friends. Go to Gym. 💪 I am mostly getting around 4 ratings with doing normal work. People like me kindly comment down adivce/thougts for these people.
Hi everyone, I recently completed the IBM Application Developer / Full Stack assessment and I’m currently waiting for the results. If anyone has gone through the same process, could you please share how long IBM usually takes to respond after the assessment? Also, any tips on the next rounds would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

What role? I've heard it takes about 3 weeks for most roles. Unsure of the background verification.
For software developer role
Background check took about two weeks for me. I think that's fairly standard.
