Hi All, I was getting lot of calls before but since my NP was 90 days days no one was interested. I put my papers and started applying, this time they wanted someone to join within 30 days, even when I still had 15 days left for NP to complete, HR's who called informed me they need immediate joiners. I have finished my NP and it's been 4 days. I am worried, can someone suggest me the what to do to get a new job asap. I have called the HR's and they keep sayings they don't have positions open rn.

I made a career decision out of fear, and I regret it every single day. I recently turned down an offer that paid ₹4.5 lakh more because I kept thinking, “What if something goes wrong? What if I don’t get a project after joining?” Believing it was the safer option, I chose the lower-paying offer. Now I’m regretting that decision.
