Everyone I received an offer from EPAM Systems for an AI Engineer role with a good hike. Can current or former employees share their experience regarding work culture, AI projects, growth opportunities, and work-life balance? Would you recommend joining EPAM in 2026? Thanks!
Client interview didn't cleared in TCS for which i was hired an an experienced person. It's been 15 days I joined and 13 days since the client interview taken which I couldn't clear. What would be next steps/actions taken by / on me?
I made a career decision out of fear, and I regret it every single day. I recently turned down an offer that paid ₹4.5 lakh more because I kept thinking, “What if something goes wrong? What if I don’t get a project after joining?” Believing it was the safer option, I chose the lower-paying offer. Now I’m regretting that decision. Has anyone else declined a better offer because of uncertainty? If yes, how did you deal with the regret? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience.
I enjoy the business overall. However, there is undoubtedly some bias. The major challenge is finding a work-life balance. I disagree with the idea of being required to respond to emails at odd hours, on weekends, or while on vacation.
Thanka a lot for reply. I could not find any bowl or Broadridge employee here. So thats some relief. Do they give 100% variable pay or more than that or less than that?
They will give 100% variable pay. It used less or high based on mid term review earlier but now it's paid quarterly so you will get 90 to 100% for sure.
