I am currently working as Servicenow Developer with 1.2 years of exp in ServiceNow( total 2 yrs ]. I changed my profile from Automation Engineer to Servicenow Developer Earlier my package was 8 lpa packge now i am getting 4 lpa , i took this salady cut hoping i will be able to match the previous pay after a year but now i see the package in Servicenow developer is very low, i am thinking to change the techstack , should i wait or switch to Mulesoft or Salesforce Developer role

    Hi, Not sure why they offered you 4LPA. However, ServiceNow developers are in great demand. You can easily get around 8LPA with your experience or above that. Why don’t you try with Capgemini or Cognizant? If you need any referral, DM me.
