EJ Leadership's care and concern for their associates is amazing. Throughout the Covid pandemic, they did everything possible to keep all associates and clients as safe as possible.

Pros
You feel empowered to do what is best for your clients without the pressure or competing priorities of working on commission. You also have a ton of resources at your disposal to ensure that you can... deliver advice to clients.
Cons
Advisor's tend to have very low capacity due to the increased demand which can cause you to have a very busy day.
