Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at 360i full-time for more than a year

Pros

Having worked at some of the biggest digital agencies in London i've come to understand the faults and the benefits of them all and I can safely say that 360i is one of the best. It has the... following benefits: - Relaxed company culture - A focus within mid management on delivering good work - People who care (from company breakfasts to parties there is true consideration) - Relative independence from bureaucracy - A forward thinking approach - Flexible working environment - Unlimited holiday - Encouragement to be innovative

Cons

These are true of all agencies but: - Rate of staff turn over

Advice to Management

Continue to invest in fostering talent from within the agency

Current Employee - Sales Executive

I have been working at IgnitionOne full-time for less than a year

Pros

-Very involved and skilled senior team who will grow everyone below them - Strong products, strong clientèle list, strong growth - Exciting projects, room to specialise, challenging but... rewarding - Lots of out of office work, conferences, meetings, lunches, socials - The knowledge acquired is second to non.

Cons

-Starting salaries rather low (but I have reason to believe they go up quickly)
