Current Employee - Payroll Specialist

I have been working at ADP full-time for more than a year

Pros

The company focuses heavily on promoting an inclusive culture

Cons

Policy & procedure version control can be improved

I worked at Total Quality Logistics

Pros

Great open sales floor, high energy environment, competitive, go getters, very charitable company

Cons

Long work days, high stress, no work life balance, pay isn't great

Advice to Management

Pay your sales employees more in base pay. 35,000 isn't competitive anymore
