Featured Review

Current Employee - Graduate Water Engineer

I have been working at AECOM full-time for more than a year

Pros

Lots of opportunities to work around the world

Cons

Difficult to change the sector you work in

Former Intern - Intern

I worked at Coffey International for less than a year

Pros

Very nice workforce who genuinely care about their work in international development. Gave me real responsibility during the internship and have been happy to stay in touch since.

Cons

Honestly cannot think of any. Will write words now to complete the 20 word minimum - surprisingly difficult actually, but gonna keep trucking along until I hit that target.

Advice to Management

Have more summer interns and a more formal route from internship to full time employment. Otherwise no other advice, just keep being friendly and inclusive.
