Featured Review

Current Employee - Quality Assurance

I have been working at ALDI full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Clear job discription role and responsibilities. Structured was of working.

Cons

Difficult to progress within one department. Poor flexible working options and not possible to work from home. Reliance on technical service providers. Toles become administration roles rather... than using knowledge and experience.

Advice to Management

Nurture talent.

Former Employee - Recruitment Partner

I worked at Boots Opticians full-time for more than a year

Pros

I loved working with such a variety of kind, caring individuals who all work closely and honestly together to achieve success

Cons

Some of the technology is very archaic. It would be great to see WBA implement industry-leading recruitment technology, providing Recruiters the opportunity to develop their skill sets and be part of... the future of pioneering recruitment technology
