Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Abcam full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

If you like a challenge and fast-paced environment, this is the place to be

Cons

Sometimes feels like we are growing too fast - not enough resource, not being looked after well enough

"Solid"9 Feb 2019

Current Contractor - Consultant

I have been working at MedPanel for more than a year

Pros

The difference between the old company and the new one since ownership changed hands a couple of years ago is remarkable. The company's focus is sharp, and the employees seem happy. Clients are loyal..., too, which I think is largely because they are seen as partners and success is shared.

Cons

It's global, so they are always plugged in, but the work/life balance appears to be respected from what I can see.

Advice to Management

Maybe more clarity on employee career track.
