-Upward mobility -Working with genuinely good people -Interesting work -Fun environment -Casual dress code -Good coffee -Pay you to train you to get your adjuster’s license -PTO from day... one -Open communication about the functioning/direction of the company -Fun work events and outings, lots of company picnics and happy hours, etc.

Cons

Can be a bit disorganized Training could use some improvement Can get a little catty Pay is a little low
