Former Employee - NONE

I worked at Adobe full-time

Pros

Amazing place to work. Best benefits. Great work life balance. And very lovely and intelligent people. Share scheme is unparalleled . Amazing training budget

Cons

Because people never leave, there’s almost no room for progression. People seem to stay forever (which is great for employee retention ) but can be demotivating for junior team members who wish to... progress. I imagine this is more of an issue in international where roles seem to be capped at a certain level unless you move to the states.

Advice to Management

Find ways to progress more junior team members. We should try to keep their fires going and promoting them rather than paying them more to do the same role year after year...

Current Employee - Business Systems Analyst

I have been working at eBay full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Diverse, Supportive, Flexibility, Culture, Values

Cons

Commute, Benefits and work live balance could be better
