I have been working at The Access Group (UK) full-time for more than a year
Access is a fast-paced and exciting company to work for, they are always striving to do more and push the boundaries and encourage their employee's to do the same. I have never worked at a company... that values their employee's opinions, as much as Access does. They encourage staff to be curious and even challenge something if they don't agree. New ideas are welcome from anyone and there are a lot of opportunities available to present and develop them.
If you are not driven, you will struggle at Access, it is fast-paced and the workload can be high. People that want to float by rather than put in the hard work tend to promote the company negatively.... As Access acquires a lot of smaller companies, there is often a period of adjustment as the pace and environment may be quite different from what the acquired employees are used to. Pay/perks could be better for employees that aren't commission-based.
Advice to Management
Continue doing what you are doing, Access is full of some hardworking and incredible people. As Covid has meant we are all home-based & working through a very difficult time, encourage some... more social (-y distanced) activities to boost morale and bring back the fun of Access.
