Good place for building your professional network.

- Due to the nature of the role, working out in the field remotely covering a vast territory can sometimes be isolating. - However at Acosta Group this theme runs deep at the companies core... values, and is amplified by a cold dissociation from Account Managers and even at Director level. - The work carried out in the field is rarely understood or acknowledged by the office team, which leads to lack of trust. - No clear cut work/life balance, personal sacrifices made to support the business go unmentioned.

Advice to Management

When letting your team go during a global pandemic right before Christmas, It would be great to have absolutely any form of support for opportunities from one of your five companies. It would be... amazing to have someone at a senior management position offer literally any form of help in any capacity (i.e CV writing, crossing over to different accounts, industry insights or networks) instead nothing and silence! It's very sad that after (nearly, short by 1 month) 2 years of service, this company is happy to cower behind 'company policy' during a global pandemic, when the government offers compensation and a furlough scheme until March 2021. Yet, we must be null and void of a consolation period, redundancy pay due to a technicality? Why not offer a zero hour contact, keep them on furlough (which you pay basically nothing towards) so your 'team' have a little more time to get back on their feet and find something new? It seriously depressing that this is the last chance of being heard after spending 2 years working so very hard for.
