I worked at Advisory Board

Pros

Very nice people to work with. Lots of benefits.

No downsides! They work you very hard but they give you the tools to succeed.

I worked at Huron Consulting Group for less than a year

Pros

Great Location; Competent Team Leaders; Professional Support and Friendly attitude, plus relaxed dress code.

Cons

Too competitive pay; did not feature a "bonus" plan for higher standards of work.

Advice to Management

Introduce bonuses for higher standards.
