What Employees Say
I have been working at Adzuna for more than a year
Great offices with lots of space, break out area (an entire floor almost!), courtyard and contemporary feel with lots of natural light. International feel with many nationalities represented in the... London offices and celebrated through a raft of social engagements and a 'whole world' get together for 'Summer Week' and 'Christmas Week' Good progression opportunity and flexible working (with some planning) The team make the company a great place to work and whether you're outgoing or a bit more reclusive, no one is out of place. I've seen the business grow a lot in 12 months and it continues to do so, but it's not chaotic and headless (unlike some other places I have worked!) Being a bit long in the tooth I recognise a great working environment when I see it! Fresh fruit daily is a nice touch and lots of people take their health seriously too - lots of ways to be motivated both in and out of work.
No real cons for me except that the office is in Fulham and I live in the east! But flexible working supports that.
Advice to Management
Continue as you are! Peakon surveys are a great way to understand how people feel and to see how small incremental changes can add to an already awesome business.
I worked at networx recruitment full-time for more than 3 years
I thoroughly enjoyed my years with networx. 1) People are great - lots of talented and knowledgeable people 2) strong portfolio of good clients and brands 3) Solid operational model 4) flexible... and adaptable to the changing needs of employees (personal and professional) 5) fantastic benefits and pay - really reward their people 6) great fun culture - work hard, play hard 7) you are surrounded by people who want the same things - the recruitment process is robust to choose the right people. As I say, I really enjoyed my time with networx and only left for personal reasons and changes in circumstances.
Not a con as such, just a reality of the situation. To get great results, you must put the work in. It's a sales target environment and therefore it's relentless. You work hard, you'll succeed and be... an employee for life. If you don't, it's simple, you won't succeed and you'll fail quickly.
Advice to Management
None as the business model works well. Great work, keep it up. Thank you :)
