Pros
The job provides a lot of flexibility with alternate fridays as off-fridays and regular weekends are off. Timings are also flexible. The manager is a nice person.
Cons
The company has limited staff and does not have a big campus to move around. Also the company expects people to work on odd timings to match the US working hours and during holidays depending on... projects.
