Growing rapidly so it is challenging to scale as fast as growth.

its a great place to work in terms of health insurance, flexible wfh, and PTO

Cons

with leadership constantly changing , it is hard to make your niche here. you just get bounced around to different bosses without being able to get promoted. also benefits are shrinking by the minute
