Current Employee - CI Manager

I have been working at Amazon full-time

Pros

You get back what you put in. Work hard and get paid well. Endless chances of promotion.

Cons

Can sometimes be 7 days and keeping an eye on work on your days off.

Former Employee - Homeworker Data Entry Op

I worked at Data Dimensions full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

you can work from your own home

Cons

very low pay (piece rate per document), High target mark per hour, get written up for not reaching the target each pay period, little to no notice if there is mandatory overtime, and no bonuses or... rewards

Advice to Management

Start caring about your employees, start giving rewards/bonuses. The Previous owners CARED about their employees and had a small management staff. This company is now CORPORATE so they don't care... about employees and have a huge management upper, middle teams.
