Current Employee - Strategic Planning, Director

I have been working at American Express full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great brand that looks after its employees. The company provides opportunities for growth and to move across the world.

Cons

Can be very bureaucratic, and decision making is slow. Constant re-organisations make it difficult to gain momentum.

Advice to Management

Continue to push business agility.

Current Contractor - Claims Coordinator

I have been working at Capital One for more than a year

Pros

Great work life balance, flexible hours on offer. Always something going on in the way of team days out, give always, corporate events for all. All feel equal Hot food and canteen, games room etc.... Management really look after you and there is a massive focus on development.

Cons

Can be really hard to gain promotion internally.
