Advice to Management
Management is very supportive. I have no advice to give but to keep up the great work managers.
I have been working at GOGO Vacations full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
There are few places that I have worked that there is such a sense of commroderie and passion toward a common goal! We all work to expand GOGO and grow our individual businesses. There is such a... tremendous support from leadership and they do not shy away from the hard work and the hard questions! I have been here a little over 2 years and I can say I have never felt more challenged, cherished, and accomplished. It's hard to leave the job at work because I love what I do.
Cons
The best and worst party of this job is the people. I say this because we are all individuals and sometimes we don't gel so this makes work hard. But at the end of the day you can't change people... only how you yourself reacts. This can be the worst part because our reactions may not always be the best.
Advice to Management
People managment is the hardest part of our jobs. Continue to manage well.
