Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Celgene full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Family feel, professional but not overly corporate, employees valued and treated as individuals, great on the job learning with opportunities to be involved in broad range of projects and initiatives.

Cons

limited internal development opportunity due to lack of roles, sometimes feels there were not enough bodies to do the work.
