I have been working at Argos full-time

Pros

Great culture, invests in people and for people with the willing and capability - you really can climb the ladder

Cons

It can be far too bureaucratic at times and getting certain things done requires far too much tenacity.

Advice to Management

Make it easier for staff at all levels to deliver through removal or clarification of the various gate keeping processes.

Former Employee - Part Time Sales Associate

I worked at Sports Direct part-time for less than a year

Pros

Discount, great place to work at

Cons

0 hour contract in some cases
