I have been working at Arvato full-time for less than a year
Pros
The company encourage and inspire an inclusive atmosphere, allowing employees to feel empowered and confident in their roles. Board staff are welcoming. Training and progression is on the rise,... now that Arvato are coming in to "their own" off the tail end of 2019. Generous employee benefits are included, with discounts on many popular retailers, days out for the family, etc. Opportunities to work for and support large brands in the automotive industry and local government. Arvato are definitely going places, and after only 4 weeks in my role I can proudly say I will be here for years to come.

Pros
A forward thinking and aspirational global company, especially at the corporate level. Good working environment and excellent standards of production. Salaries good for area.
Cons
Not so many opportunities for progression if you are not able to be globally mobile. Some local management issues that need to be resolved.
Advice to Management
Try to make sure there are opportunities for progression and development even for those employees who wish to stay local.
