Current Employee - Head of/Middle Manager

I have been working at Ashurst full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great culture Agile working and innovative Competitve rewards Commitment to excellence and service

Cons

Change can bring uncertainty, communication is ok but always able to improve

Advice to Management

I've see a welcome openness and commitment to the values. I think it would be great to have the leadership team to take turns speaking to the firm about the strategy and progress against the plans. ... The email and films are good but the personal connection would also be great to bring things to life.

Current Employee - Systems Engineer

I have been working at JHC full-time for more than a year

Pros

- £30 "ENTS" Allowance Per Month Per Employee - Casual Dress Policy - Bonuses - Birthday Gifts - Paid Overtime - Christmas Gifts - Private Medical Insurance - Staff Who Are A Pleasure To Work... With - Management Who Listen To Staff - Friday Night Drinks - Modern Offices - Constantly Looking To Expand - Mostly Modern Technology Used - Flexibility To Work From Home

Cons

- Not All Staff Are Clued In On Latest Practices And This Is Not Enforced Higher Up The Chain - Some Outdated Systems And Practices In Place Across The Board

Advice to Management

- Enforce Updates Upon Staff Members - Keep On Doing What You're Doing!
