I have been working at Bionical part-time for more than a year
Pros
Having had dealings with Bionical when I worked for another company and now being an employee I can honestly say that they deliver what they say they will and what you see is what you get. They... foster an open door culture and both set and achieve very high clinical standards and patient feedback. They don't do what similar companies do - they think outside the box and look at different ways of doing things. I'm very puzzled with the negative comments I've read on here, as that is genuinely not the experience I've had so far.
