I worked at Lunada Biomedical full-time for less than a year
Pros
I will say that my experiences with Emil weren't as bad as everyone else's on here, however, I may have known him earlier than others. There were no real "pros" to working here though whatsoever.
Cons
Worked here for about 9 months. Was hired on as a salaried employee, about 3 months in they switched me to hourly. Still the same effective pay, but was now also forced to clock out for lunch for a... minimum of 30 min. After that, it was just one weird thing after the next with management. Definitely, the worst job I've ever had.
Advice to Management
Do better? Do something else?
