Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Audi of America full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

They let you work from home so many employees use that time to look for a new job. There are good people working here but the morale is bad. Salary is competitive.

Cons

Kiss-up, kick-down culture of fear. The attitudes that caused Dieselgate are still alive and well here. People who speak up are fired or pushed out. Managers are mostly yes men and the few female... managers are expected to do the dirty work of the male managers and act like office mom. Those who take time off to take care of their own real family are talked about behind their backs.

Advice to Management

Hire some experienced managers with vision and talent and degrees from real schools and the drive to do some work to improve this place. Put women and people of color in management positions. There... are good employees here who want to work but the the terrible leadership is making them complacent. Now it is just a place to collect a paycheck.
