Current Employee - Sales

I have been working at BNY Mellon full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great place to work best team

Cons

Not any cons as they are the best

Current Employee - Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Wide range of career opportunities both globally and across a broad spectrum of businesses. Meritocratic, strong culture around empowering the customer, responsible growth, efficiency through... technology and ultimately doing the right thing. The bank although well placed still has significant opportunities for growth and market share which creates compelling opportunities for top talent.

Cons

All the challenges of a large, highly regulated global firm. Complex operating environment, significant emphasis on consensus building, matrixed leadership model, decision making can become slow and... bureaucratic at times.
