I have been working at BSI Group full-time for more than a year
Pros
- Great rewards / benefits / holiday - Good pay for office based roles -Progression opportunities if you work for it -Corporate channels with development / HR/ Recruitment etc...
Cons
-Specific manager can affect your view on the company -Not a con but just to note - very corporate environment if that's not your 'thing'
Advice to Management
Senior management are good. Some middle management need extra training/support in certain department.
