I have been working at TalkTalk Group full-time for more than a year
Pros
Support development through funded apprenticeships and degrees Good benefits Supportive environment. Lots of schemes for employee engagement.
Cons
Low pay compared to other telco providers. The work is very demanding. It's busy but you are expected to take on too much and the pay doesn't reflect the work you put in. Staff aren't back filled,... people are just expected to take on more.
Advice to Management
Pay people better (TTB) and they would be more likely to stay instead of going to competitors.
