Cons
Featured Review

I worked at Bank Central Asia

Pros

Positive office environment with lots of opportunities to learn. Colleagues are driven for progress and tangible result. Although the company is hierarchical, the managers tend to be humble and... actually delineate the segregation between managers and employees.

Cons

As I was an intern, i had to admit that they need to make a certain curriculum and tasks. However, an encouragement for self-initiative in learning from colleagues and communicating with them are... good, the curriculum will help in clarifying the objective.

Advice to Management

Do please make the hiring process more transparent.
