I have been working at Baywater Healthcare full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Caring towards staff and do listen if you ask to speak to a member of management. Money is good and potential to earn more if overtime is available. Rota's are done a year in advance so you know... exactly what you are doing . The rota team if they can will always do there best to help out if you need a day off . I personally can not thank this company enough for 1 believing in me and 2 helping me out personally for private reasons .
Cons
At times work loads can be on a high stress level wise .However saying that some pressure is also good for you.
Advice to Management
I personally can not thank the managers enough, kind , caring and understanding. And I must say managers do have great compassion for the business model .
