I have been working at Intouch Games full-time for more than a year

Pros

Fast and agile approach to business growth, lots of opportunities to grow as an individual too, hardwork and contribution is always recognised and rewarded, you don't need to spend time to constantly... navigate around corporate and bureaucratic roadblocks, working at Intouch Games has been a very rewarding experience for me, on top of that the business really looks after its employees, there is a good pension programme, free canteen with lots of fresh food to choose from, and an on site gym that's free of charge with a good selection of equipment and shower facilities. Casual dress code and flexible working hours, there is also a good work/life balance with fun activities that happen through out the work days and monthly beer on the boss events.

Cons

Limited parking space available on site

Advice to Management

continue to build on the current success, consider offering private health insurance to employees.
