Featured Review

Current Employee - Project Leader

I have been working at Boston Consulting Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

Knowhow of BCG is above industry, great learnings for the team, very high client delivery work.

Cons

Also BCG works hard to optimize work-life-balance, its still a consulting company

Current Employee - Marketing

I have been working at Kearney full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Entrepreneurial at heart, Kearney allows colleagues to pursue their passions. Flexible working hours, great training opps and global projects.

Cons

The career ladder isn't entirely clear in management services. Could use some clarity and a fast track for ambitious colleagues.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing with marginal changes, e.g. try to offer MS colleagues the same career development programs (MBA, PHD) as consultants. Clarify the path to 'director' for juniors and be... more disciplined and transparent on promotional cycles.
