Pros

It's rare when a business can meet the needs of all its stakeholders, but at 2U, with a focus on students and their outcomes, one can feel a real change and impact the business is having on its... customers and higher education, which in turn creates purposeful work for employees and partners. A business with great leadership and endless opportunities is what makes 2U so special. A disruptor in EdTech that is leading the way and working with the oldest universities in the world to better digital education. Many have tried, but 2U is resilient in its efforts and has the experience and competencies to continue its journey on the education continuum for a long time to come. 2U treats it's employees like people and has a good balance of driving business performance while maximising, yet respecting human capital.

Cons

2U has grown quickly over the last few years, and done an extraordinary job of integrating it's acquisitions, so there really isn't much negative to feedback.

Advice to Management

Stay focused, keep students at the centre of what you do.
