I have been working at Brandwatch full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Lots of exciting projects to work on Huge potential for career growth Culture extremely supportive of wellbeing and mental health Great personal development opportunities Great managers and... VPs Opportunities to move across teams / departments / skills Able to work remotely/part time

Cons

Opaque about salary bands, and rates aren't the most competitive Since moving remote, benefits haven't quite caught up or adapted (but work is being done to improve this)

Current Employee - FE Leader

I have been working at FLF Product Design full-time

Pros

- The company is designed to create a culture of collaboration and empathy - Clear mission and values - People-oriented leadership, together with a focus on the process - Rooted in Design Thinking... methodology + enabling Circular Economy

Cons

Typical challenges of a fully remote company, such as communication (various time zones), self-organisation and self-motivation.
