Former Employee - Customer Success Manager

I worked at Brandwatch full-time for more than a year

Pros

I loved my time here! The culture, the people and the tool really made it an incredible place to work.

Cons

There was not the opportunity to grow or at least not as quickly as I would have expected from a tech company.

Former Intern - Software Developer

I worked at Youmanage for more than 3 years

Pros

The team are fantastic. It is a great place to grow, learn and develop. After interning there I was able to land an overseas contract. But the technology I am working with now is slightly older than... what I was doing at Youmanage. They strive to be cutting edge. If you like technology it is definitely worth considering a position at YM. A great team of developers, a warm nurturing environment and last but not least a great boss.

Cons

Ehh, there's more downsides to my present position. Primarily the commute into Glasgow every day. I enjoyed living and working in Stirling. But at Youmanage if you have a problem? they will listen,... if you have an idea? they will listen. I'm a great believer in what you put into life you get back and if you want challenging work in a friendly atmosphere YM is a great place to be.

Advice to Management

Synthetic growth will lead to more opportunities and benefit all involved at Youmanage. My main advice though is to try to keep the team together as they are all worth their weight in gold.
