Pros

BrightEdge is a phenomal company from product to culture. A place to have an elite sales career. - AMAZING company culture (family orientated feel, fun, inclusive, competitive with a culture and... history of winning) - Path to promotion is clear, achieveable and objextive - Money is great if you are a top performer - Enablement and support throughout career is great - Close, family feel with immediate team and upper executives - Incredible products and dominance in the market

Cons

- None. It's hard work, but is any career with the potential heights of BrightEdge going to be plain sailing? The answer is no. You get out what you put in.
