Featured Review

Current Employee - Musculoskeletal Clinical Lead

I have been working at Bupa part-time for more than 8 years

Pros

I have worked for Bupa now for 12 years and I love it! My colleagues and team are a joy to work with, and I have had so many opportunities to develop and grow. Bupa is a company who appreciates you... have a life outside of work and has a very flexible approach to accommodate this. The benefits are great too - health insurance, gym pass, access to private GP, Physio and mental health services. If I didn't enjoy my job so much I wouldn't have stayed for this long, and I'm not alone, many of my colleagues have stayed within Bupa for many years and are very happy here.

Cons

Sometimes decisions can take a little while to me made due to the size of the company, but the company is aware of this and making significant headway on this.
