Current Employee - Network Engineer

I have been working at CACI (UK) full-time for more than a year

Pros

They are a consultancy but are working with big names so definietly you will get involved in some big and exciting network engineering projects. Also heavy focus on personal development if you're on... the "bench" - waiting for a customer. People in the office are also very nice but you won't get to know them too much as you'll be deployed at customer site.

Cons

Sometimes you might be asked to work further away from home which might be inconvinient but well, this is the nature of their business.

I have been working at Avios full-time for less than a year

Pros

I recently joined Avios and am glad I made the decision to do so. There is a lot of change happening and it's really positive - from the company's strategic direction to our ways of working to our... people strategy. We get to work with some of the world's most iconic brands and help shape the future for them. The opportunity here, for those up to the challenge is enormous.

Cons

Dealing with legacy is hard but it will be short term
