CGI is one of the biggest IT companys in the world opening up endless progression opertunitys, CGI allow you to buy into a share scheme giving you part ownership of the company, CGI shares its... profits with the staff, Events are planned all year round giving you a chance to meet the higher archy and communicate with other staff you may not have got the chance to in your day to day duties.
Cons
The E-Learning training can be extremely long winded.
Advice to Management
Managment are very well organised, cannot fault them.
