Pros
Flexible culture, supportive management, access to a wealth of online learning via CSC university gives immense scope for self improvement.
Cons
Large multi layered organisation can mean finding the right person with the right information difficult. Process heavy but easy to find a starting point.
Advice to Management
Middle management should be more accessible so the "Indians" and quickly understand what the "Chiefs" need to know.

Pros
Great chilled out environment. Never seen so many people happy to be at work. The senior devs are always sharing their knowledge.
