I worked at FJR Group full-time for less than a year
FJR was a great company to join, I joined with no prior recruitment experience and as soon as I joined I was offered the support and guidance to be able to perform to a high level in the industry.... Working alongside colleagues with decades worth of knowledge made the transition into a new industry a lot easier. One of the biggest pros with FJR was the working environment as they have created a workplace where I enjoyed going into work which made a massive difference for me.
The only con I can think of during my time with FJR was that I struggled with Business Development as I feel I went into making business development calls too soon as I had not made a placement yet... so I was still very fresh to the industry.
Advice to Management
I would not give any advice to FJR as for me joining with no recruitment background I was given an abundance of support from my managers Paul Hinds and Neil Owen which made my time at FJR a real... pleasure.
