Current Employee - Quality Analyst

I have been working at Capita part-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great team working environment. Opportunities for personal and professional development.

Cons

Frustrations with slow technology required to perform my role.

Advice to Management

Feeling positive about the changes towards employees and believe senior management support them, not just my local management, which are superb. Would love some upgraded computer technology - systems... are sometimes painfully slow, resulting in a less effective and less productive working day.

Current Contractor - Systems Engineer Expert

I have been working at GULP Information Services for less than a year

Pros

Quick and Put people to work fast

Cons

To many to list on here while maintaining a little objectivity.

Advice to Management

Be careful with this company and do not allow them to take advantage with you. They violated labor law and allowed their client to do it. They tried to bribe multiple breaches of labour law by giving... me a few thousand then had their lawyer who jumped unannounced into a call with the recruiter and suggested I take sick leave for the remainder of the contract as a way to get out of their responsibly. I've got records of it all and can prove it all. Be very careful as this company cares only about themselves and don't care about things like the heart condition I developed while working more than the legal limit of hours and then left with a smile and a laugh.
