Feeling positive about the changes towards employees and believe senior management support them, not just my local management, which are superb. Would love some upgraded computer technology - systems... are sometimes painfully slow, resulting in a less effective and less productive working day.

Pros
I have worked in SThree's Bristol office for over 3 years. I would describe the environment to be supportive, friendly and inclusive. It is an enjoyable place to work which offers realistic and... achievable career progression.
Cons
As in any recruitment role it does take a few months to really start understanding your market and the role.
Advice to Management
Strong management team who put their consultants first.
