Current Contractor - Claims Coordinator

I have been working at Capital One for more than a year

Pros

Great work life balance, flexible hours on offer. Always something going on in the way of team days out, give always, corporate events for all. All feel equal Hot food and canteen, games room etc.... Management really look after you and there is a massive focus on development.

Cons

Can be really hard to gain promotion internally.
