Sustainable organisation that won’t get sold on or go bust Lots of long serving team members and great examples of career progression. Fun, care and great spirit across the services and support... functions. Know what’s going on and lobby for sector improvements, bigger picture stuff.
Cons
Social care is rewarding but hard work and sector terms and conditions still need improving.
